Professional Development

AMAR delivers projects focusing entirely on the long-term outcome for beneficiaries. A core component of this approach is AMAR’s capacity building projects. We continuously undertake professional skills development for those AMAR staff involved in the delivery of our education, including helping teachers to understand how to impart information to students in the most effective manner possible.  We do this in a sustainable way to continue building local capacity and to ensure a legacy of people with enhanced capacity is left once funding has ended.
