AMAR U.S. welcomes Col. (Ret.) C. James Olson to the Board

AMAR U.S. is delighted to welcome Colonel (Ret.) C. James Olson to our Board of Directors. Jim has been a great friend and supporter of AMAR since he first met Baroness Nicholson in 2006.

In 2012 Jim agreed to serve as a member of AMAR’s new Advisory Board, an international body of experts providing support and advice to AMAR in the US and UK. In early 2013 Jim co-founded and chaired the Utah AMAR Supporters Circle which is aiming to raise $60,000 for AMAR by Spring 2013 for vital joint projects in Iraq with LDS Charities.

Baroness Nicholson was delighted to announce Jim’s nomination to the full AMAR U.S. Board of Directors at AMAR’s Inaugural Gala Dinner whose success was attributable in part to the many friends, family and acquaintances rallied by Jim. We look forward to working with Jim on many exciting new projects and are grateful for his experience and enthusiasm which will help to drive AMAR forward.
